& CANCELLATIONS

Only fully payment guarantees reservations. We do not hold reservations without
payment. If you are wire-transferring payments, please fax us receipt of wire-transfer to
hold the reservation.
• Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival date = FULL REFUND
• Cancellations less than 14 days up to 1 day prior to arrival date = 1 WEEK
CANCELLATION FEE.
• There will be NO REFUNDS as of a guest’s scheduled reservation start date.
CHECK-IN
/ CHECK-OUT
• CHECK-IN is after 2:00PM. Please tell us when you will arrive so that we may expect
you. We are in the office on weekends by appointment only. There is a $50.00 late
arrival fee (After 11:00PM).
• CHECK-OUT time is 11:00AM. There is a $50.00 Late Check-Out Fee that may apply
for departures later than 11:00AM.
HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET
• For an additional fee of $10.00 per week, you can connect to our high-speed wireless
internet network. Please ask us for additional details.
