We are a family-owned and operated private business established in 1985. IGH is not a typical Guest House but rather offers mid to long-term studios and other apartments. We are not a hotel. The main properties are located in the heart of Back Bay; Boston’s most desirable, safest, in the heart of town residential area. These buildings are about 140 years old and were once single family mansions. As a result no two rooms are the same. The location in the city is ideal, "walking distance" to Newbury Street, Boston Public Gardens, Charles River, and Cambridge. We also own and offer apartment rentals in other parts of the city like Brighton and the Waterfront. Please ask for more details.

We provide all-included housing for clients who wish to stay in one of Boston’s premier residential neighborhoods. Rooms offer:

All rooms are cleaned weekly and all common areas cleaned daily. There are no hidden costs or taxes added to your cost. The only thing we require at the time of registration is a room & key refundable security deposit and a valid credit card. We accept most methods of credit card payment.
